I worked for a store in the Bay Area 2 years ago, although it was very brief. I feel like the way they worded stuff to me it was a way for me to resign from my position. Which I did so, i've always felt uneasy since that day. Should I even bother speaking to someone about it.

They outsource the discrimination suits to outside counsel. There is no way in house legal is well versed enough. I worked briefly in house at Staples. They were pretty clueless and it was the worst legal environment I have ever witnessed. Not only is the whole company toxic the lawyers were not up to standard.
I agree. If you lack a smoking gun, then waiting 2 years after only working briefly will get you decimated by Staples' legal team.
Staples does have an established pattern of age discrimination. If you were only there a very brief time it probably won't do any good to speak to an attorney unless you have hard, foolproof evidence.
