This is the way it will go down....Kelloggs will try to reverse this by hiring more Sales Reps very soon. Which still won't work. They will hire more part time merchandisers. Which won't work either. Then people at the top will get canned or leave before they get canned. They will see the writing on the wall very soon. Then Kelloggs will be on block to be sold. I give this 6-8 months to happen.

If I were you i wouldn't hold my breath. Virtually a 0 percent chance that they'll hire reps for new territories. They fire more people before the hire new people.
Yeah this is salary dump. Lose 50 million in sales but dump 250+ million in salary and benefits. Sales are secondary to P&L. Makes sense but in same vain don't expect business to grow. You just killed that avenue.

Hoffa didn't Roll over union members did there was a vote and members didn't want to fight I think I was sold out by my union bothers and sisters
Will this be backed by hoffa?Because you know he kind of rolled over on us.The only positive thing from this whole fiasco is,i don't have to pay into a corrupt organization anymore.
The union people have the right to call back if distribution returns untill 2020.
Was talking to a regional rep,and his thought was this was all about going non-union,getting rid of full time employees,wait a year,and hire part-time,third party to warehouse.
Good luck hiring back any reps worth a shi- none will come back after this fiasco they think any monkey can do this job wake up but unfortunately sales management never stuck up for us cause they had to save their necks well that did them alot of good they get laid off to schmucks
