Perhaps after the new board members dump Carlos as CEO they can offer him a new position working at one of the new call centers.
After all Carlos remember it no longer makes sense to have offices across the country with non productive associates and now in your case a non productive CEO who is on his way out the door.

About 2 weeks after I was laid off by ADP, I received a call from a client (she had my home number). She asked me what the status was on a project that I had been working on for her. She was getting concerned that I had not called her about it. I told her that I had been laid off. LOL.
@Votehimout: Excellent points! A client discovered and actually posted to this site yesterday. (Under a different topic thread). Client posted over a period of a few weeks she sent emails to her assigned ADP contacts and getting undeliverable messages back. Probably b/c the reps were laid off.
I work at ADP and will be voting to reorganize the board. All of the layoffs are hurting the clients big time! I see layoffs happening in groups that can't even keep up with the workload they have. Meaning clients do not get the service they pay for. Any jobs that are re filled are done so with people without training. Nobody knows who to go to for help and the front line staff dealing with the client don't even know how to decipher what the client is asking. It's a joke. Vote in any way that will get Carlos out.

I'd love nothing better than to see Carlos go... he is no doubt a scumbag. However a new board with Bill Acmman on it will be no better from an associates perspective. Ackman would be there with one goal and one goal only, to increase the value of shares, quality of work be damned. It's a bit like getting rid of Satan I'm bringing onboard the antichrist.
