That's just my hunch based on what I am seeing as they move people around. With Pfizer and layoffs you never know so I am a bit paranoid, I'd have to admit. Yet, they move more stuff to the Cloud and there is more stuff being outsourced - one can reasonably expect another IT reorg and more layoffs.
