Paycor still is a ship (or a dingy) without a captain or plan. Case in point: they have eliminated most (or all) of the Market Sales Executive positions in the three waves over a year. They want to sell big deals, but do not have the product to support or automation to implement it.
Bonuses get paid the end of August... any guesses on how many senior leaders leave (or are chased out by Stacey and Bob)?
I saw someone else predict ADP will buy them out. I am not sure ADP is that stupid or Bob is that smart. It is more likely that this company will continue to die off until there is little to nothing left.
