Not sure on timing but in next few weeks. Company is eliminating all fitting room recovery teams. They’ll be offered severance from what I heard this morning. Timing depends on any other cuts they are still deciding on.

Stop customers from taking endless amounts of merchandise into fitting rooms and treating it like trash. We needs to try on every color in large ? You really can't narrow it down to 2 or 3 swim suits...you need to try on all 10 ?

they should just do away with dressing rooms period! they are used as a toilet most of the time!
In the store I am a SM for, we are placing 8 of the 11 recovery associates into sales associate positions. hopefully this means better staffing

Do you know what other cuts they are thinking about? This is crazy. The stores are staffed light enough as it is. You would think that we would be doing everything we can to make sure that the customers that do shop in store are happy.
