Thread regarding AFLAC layoffs

More are coming--new NDAs signed today for more outsourcing

We signed more NDAs today to start the process of vetting other companies for outsourcing (thanks EXL). If you get paid by the hour or work at PSA, then get ready. Ask your leadership, then ask again. Ask to have meetings with upper management (2nd VP level) and have them tell you in person you are safe--they won't do it.

One day pay is manipulated. Claims has two versions of the business intelligence report that shows days in house. You can always submit anonymous complaints to state departments of insurance. Aflac's home state is actually Nebraska. Reach out to the Nebraska insurance commissioner. It can be done anonymously

Thank you for having the courage to speak up and give us the truth about #aflaclayoffs. Most of us in the call center and claims know what a joke #onedaypay really is...but we aren't allowed to say anything, for risk of losing our jobs. How ironic that we've been forced to deceive our policyholders and protect the duck and we will still lose our jobs. Aflac has no loyalty to us.

I had a tough time signing an NDA today. I was notified my job is safe, but 86 other people will not be. They are going bring in another vendor to process #onedaypay. Sadly, the vendor is located on the west coast, and will not be offering positions to the #aflaclayoffs. Instead, they will be given 30 days to apply. Legacy is gone. Integrity is no more. #cancelyourpolicies and go with another voluntary provider.
