To Anon - Bethpage 1111 Stewart Av is an owned building, not leased. I think 1101 the bank blg next door is leased and so is Grumman Rd
None of this matters if it stays on this site!
All big news networks want a story
What good does it do (now) to co tinue posting on this site and not bring it to the attention of the media?
There are enough posting on here.
Find media that is willing to take a look at this site, do the work, make the story.
If all we do is chatter amongst ourselves about "what has happened or what is coming" then we have done nothing.
Its like being in a boat and rowing toward the waterfall that everyone talks about.
Call the media conglomerates and aak to be anonymous at first because of fear of backlash.
They are not going to offer ats. It's a completely different company.
I just want to know if they are going to offer to the ATS group?
Who would of thought the cablevision name has a better reputation than The Altice rebrand and to to think he charged the companies he bought over a extravagant fee for switching the names to Altice. What a joke
I love my job and I am the best you can be,this company is still good to me
I get a lot of overtime and make more money than ever
But if they give more a second offer, VRP , I am not going to take a chance
Umm...voluntary I think not! It's a play on words so the media doesn't strangle the situation and it won't look negative ! And quit using Cablevision ...or Suddenlink ...they are no more. Haven't you heard it's Altice or Altice USA or Altice NV or ATS...Suddenlink and Cablevision/Optimum are just products and those products have declined greatly and the customer service is well shotty at best and customers hate us and the relationships that were built and created are being not hurt but destroyed! Offer this "VOLUNTARY" package to your frontline technicians and see how many employees are left! That's a sign of horrendous leadership - that many people want out ! We get preached at about customer service and striving to be leaders in the industry yet it's cut after cut after cut and raise the prices raise the prices and I completely understand the game the industry has changed in just a few short years...it's internet or IP driven which equals less employees . There's better ways to go about running a company , or maybe not.
Anyone in management is just as "at-will" as anyone else. We are all expendable. period.
Altice is doing exactly what they said they were gonna do when the bought this Dolan's gold mine. They gonna continue to chop heads until they reach their goal of $900 million.
People are failing to realize that the whole idea behind the VRPs is to get you the fúck out!
What you think they gonna do when they close the deal with Charter?? same thing?
Okay it is supposed to be voluntary!! BS a manager declined the first VRP but after a while they MADE him take it. Force out!! This was in the Newark Contact Center.
Please stop calling our VRPs "force outs". It is strictly Voluntary

Anybody hear if they are going to offer to the ATS group?
They are moving the entire design dept to the Stewart Ave building by October. Wonder if they will close bethpage since it's a leased building
There's hardly anybody left now! Several more of us are taking the VRP. Not enough guys to do the work now. So what's next?
