I just left Dealertrack, and I'm so glad I did. As soon as they announced in the finical trouble they were in at the Town Hall I immediately started looking for a new job. In support, they have been making policies so they can easily get rid of people; the new attendance policy is a great example. Make sure you know a day ahead of time that you're going to be sick, and then hope there's available time off that day. Moral is awful. When you walk onto support's floor you know everyone is miserable and scared. The stress is unbearable and everyone is now throwing each other under the bus hoping they won't lose their jobs. I'm so glad I left on my own terms instead of waiting out the layoffs!

It was a really nice place to work at before the sale to Cox Auto. Within weeks/months of the acquisition; it's a cesspool of people looking to get out, burn you to make themselves look better and micromanaging bosses. Such a terrible place.
Good 4 U
Kudos to you OP - the new attendance policy is horrendous indeed, I made my decision to leave because of it (it did contribute to my decision, I have some other reasons as well) - still looking but will not be staying around for a very long time
