Thread regarding Cox Automotive layoffs

Weak leadership

I don't know of many companies with as weak leadership as Cox Automotive. And instead of using opportunities when there is an opening to strengthen the management, we see same old people who have proven to be weak and have racked up several failures under their belts fill the spots. Seriously, I am not sure what they are using as a criteria for promotions, but it certainly isn't competence or knowledge.

Let's just say that I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel...

Maybe take some time to read posts under "Latest Posts." Pretty much every company seems to have caught that virus. People tend to be myopic, dont look to see what's going on outside their own fishbowl.

Have a look, you'll see your fishbowl looks a whole lot like everyone else's fishbowl.
