Thread regarding Cox Automotive layoffs

I am not aware of any layoffs, but I know that the media is covering this recently. I am fairly happy here but for Dealer Service Coordinators there is no easy to climb the corporate ladder unless you are willing to pick up and move to a different part of the country to get a job at another auction - this is not always easy as people have homes, spouses, kids in school etc... Here at Manheim people stick with their jobs forever and nobody leaves - since there is no growth there are no openings as nobody is leaving and new positions are not opening up so you are kind of stuck here.
