I'm in the southeast region, DC shut down July 28th, received all unused vacation pay last Thursday

In the last email from Salmon it said the vacation pay out and the retention bonus will be paid as quickly as administratively possible once the equipment is received in proper working condition.
I got my 13k in July. I left the company June 23
Does that time frame have something to do with that packet of forms we got in the mail to sign and send back to kellogg
