There will be early retirement packages for about 300 folks, that will help decrease the number - otherwise this would be a major hit for Cox Automotive as we are not that big if compared to other big companies. We'll see where this goes, overall the numbers are down and the customer behavior keeps changing - we'll have to change too but we'll have to do so by cutting people.
At the same time, the executive bonuses keep going up, so, the worker is being screwed again
