What's happening next year?
Depending on what's said on the 9/13 more will be looking to leave. No news of more work coming and we all know what's happening next year.

Too many people leaving for a payoff to happen. Only way to keep folk and get good ones back is to give us back our pay cut then give us a pay rise on top of that.
