Once retail is gone, which will happen, it will be stripped down to a few choice locations, who will be to blame? As long as the same clowns who killed this company are running any part of it, failure will be the outcome. And there won't be the stores to blame. If any of the current Staples leadership is assigned to move NAD forward, it is absolutely doomed to fail and without retail they will surely find something to blame.

Definitely voting for no parachute,but the had a shareholder vote to pay out exec nonuses a couple years ago. The vote was no but the board paid bonuses anyway.
second question on proxy for Sept 6th "special" meetiing....approval of Golden parachute compensation for executives......this is a joke, right? How about no parachute.....they crash and burn with the Hindenburg!
I cant wait been with company 19yrs ready to see this ship go down and celebrate and move on all these executives make laugh they are doing whatever it takes to get a crumb from SG table .
Can't wait to watch this shi+show crash and burn. Just unfortunate the real failures will be rewarded while everyone else gets pinkslips or pay cuts.
If Sycamore leaves any of the current leaders in place more than six months after the buyout is sealed they are very foolish.
It's fairly obvious Shira is just looking for a payout and then either retire or take a cushy consulting position with Bain.
I just wonder how deep in the ranks the parachutes go. OP,MD and the RVPs deserve nothing, but is that Sycamores decision or whatever entity buys out retail?
