When will anyone realise that to win contracts we need a strong experienced Marketing team, where is the marketing team within Oceaneering ? What do they do ?

Our greatest Marketing/Sales people were our Managers/Supervisors, unfortunately we have fired most of the best people, so don't blame the Marketing team for the lack of orders.
