Layoffs are done for now but stress is high a persons schedule changes every 8 weeks if new they are low on the list and work late shift like 11-8 or 11:30-8:30 or 10- 7 morale is low really low lots of people going to India to train new hires it's a mess if they have other options they should look elsewhere

Layoffs are not done, and according to a contact I have in HR, they will now be accelerating, cyclically, perhaps monthly as top management positions the company for sale. My source indicated that "upwards of 500" employees were sacked yesterday, many of whom were "foundational engineers upon whose work, CDK was able to establish itself as the apex provider in this market."
Worst company
India is a small part of the support world. It would take years to develop a full support system. All support companies have a group to support operations in another country. I wouldn't panic but focus in what you can do vs worry
India will slowly be going online through the end of the year. I wouldn't get too comfortable even if someone has insider knowledge.
