Cant become an industry leader, when we now lie to customers an never show up. An make them wait 3 or more days for a tech. An let go people that made this company great ,an that cared about what they did. Over 20% of customer facing jobs are gone. Our pools are full . Yep great customer experience.

This is so true, @OGgdYgX-euw. It is ridiculous how much this company is disregarding the customer experience. It's like everybody is convinced Altice is their one and only choice, and we don't even have to try to keep them. There is no way but down with this approach...

All big news networks want a story

What good does it do (now) to co tinue posting on this site and not bring it to the attention of the media?

There are enough posting on here.

Find media that is willing to take a look at this site, do the work, make the story.

If all we do is chatter amongst ourselves about "what has happened or what is coming" then we have done nothing.

Its like being in a boat and rowing toward the waterfall that everyone talks about.

Call the media conglomerates and aak to be anonymous at first because of fear of backlash.

I did say secure your employment! I didn't say ask for more, secure what you have, everything stays status quo, or are you looking to get something from the company! because you wasn't offered a package the next big meeting might be your last food for thought Ats and ununionized altice Usa suddenlink.

It just might be over, our only chance would of been to unite when we were Cablevision. Now that your in Ats you lost all your tenure by believing in management. I understand why you went to Ats, Afraid of losing your job or maybe you had a glimmer of hope the company would do right by you. The glimmer has extinguished and the only people that can do something about it,is you ATS!

You need to unite and keep what little you have, before it's taken away this new year coming. Don't believe the hype, they will be taking most of your benefits, Please for your own good contact Ibew or cwa and by running to spectrum its just a temporary fix, because of the strike that will soon be settled, especially if the are selling from the rumors. Sign the cards you can do online but you need to do the heavy lifting. Do not be afraid show solidarity with your fellow workers. No one believes in you they think you are scared, and the company thinks they punked all of you and can do whatever they want and you will not oppose them. Prove us all wrong ATS!

We are trying to help check the staffing in Brooklyn and the staffing in the Bronx it was the same before Altice acquired it, Now look at the difference now! Brooklyn is basically the same and the Bronx has been obliterated because they believed in the company.

Wake up ATS and ununionized Altice USA they are coming for you too with that bs package, you still have a chance negotiate your life, don't let the company dictate it. Bless

So glad I took the VRP. The best decision I ever made in my life. I was able to leave with my self respect, dignity, and pride as I walked myself out the door on my last day.

We should start sending customers to this site instead of the optimum app just so they see the real truth of the company they just had installed in there home or when we get to a tc and there pissed off cause they they were rescheduled 5 times before someone showed up to fix there issues if they read everything on here they would probably cancel there service.

Costumers loved cablvison always hear how they had cablvison since it was offered in there home 30 years ago tried Verizon hated it and never left cablvison there is no longer a family here let the servants support your 30 million dollar guest house while you stay here in the u.s. God forbid we get a thank you bonus at end of year .

I went to work everyday enjoying my supervisors my manager and all the guys on my crew as well as everyone I met on different shifts. I worked many different jobs when I was hired by cablvison I was actually proud and really appreciated how I was treated, every job has and up and down but I will crawl through an 100 degree attic to reach a splitter knowing I am treated well knowing I will get a end of year bonus not some reward if you meet our merits take pay cut and have points and time lowered so merits are unattainable for someone with a family . I pull used remotes out refurbished stained crust in battery compartment and offer them to a new costumer and 1 out of ten don't even light up who is doing the q.c . On refurbished equipment? And our knew splitters hey techs raise your hand how many have you gotten where a leg is dead or do a repeat because it is garbage. Costumers angry because they didn't get a tech at time promised , no on call? On hold with vdo while sitting in a costumers home as they laugh saying you get the same on hold experience . I wish I could squeeze a gold nugget out of my a-- so stick nps up yours

Osp needs help also the network is slowly dieing lost a lot of guys, can't spend the time to fix things the right way and the TC are increasing because of it
