Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Award statues

I find it very tacky and disgraceful that ADP can announce a closing of a office and tell people they are losing thier jobs in 90 days then a few days later hand out awards to people working out of the same office that's closing.

Save some jobs instead of passing out awards to the sales teams. That's a insult to the people losing thier jobs.

These are my observations over the course of several decades with ADP. My colleagues agreed with me. I saw new hired employees that were raring to go, full of energy, and optimistic about ADP get disillusioned within a year or two when seeing the antics of their company. Everyone working with me went through the motions and acted as though they cared, but in reality we hated the company. Some quit in disgust, others stayed and put up with it. We laughed at ADP behind management's back, and raged when the company did stupid things to us. But very definitely, the company's credibility was low with most of us and we did not take ADP seriously. We just survived as we best knew how.

ADP never worries about what their employees (yes, I know, associates) think. The company doesn't seem to care if associates are snickering behind management's back at how management behaved, or if the associates are enraged at something that management did. Having a very low credibility with their employees does not seem to bother ADP.
