Military and paramilitary (your local police) applications are a possibility. A swarm of drones find and attack soft targets in a coordinated way. A drone or two on every police car.
There have to be potential positive outcomes as Intel must have bite based on some prediction, so what that could be?
Worst case then, best prediction when would Intel close it?

Absolute waste of money. Lots of startups doing drones have closed shop. Just another fad of the month hype.
Help me with details on that $2T and how Intel would win or what piece the pie can target.
