Oh I don't doubt it, third shift is a very unnatural time slot for any

Job out there.

They can't outsource that shift?

Corporate America is brutal, it changes people, makes them stressed, irritated, less tolerant to more stress...it's a vicious cycle.

I wish I was an adult in the 50's-early 80's a more adaptive and more people friendly than now.

China into wto outsourcing higher taxes globalists took a toll on how business is run.

Not putting that genie back into the bottle anytime soon.

I know from my experience they get very creative when they want a person to leave on their own.

Person leaves and they do not have to pay any severance to the person.

  1. Move the person to another office making them have to drive longer, pay more for gas

  2. Some of the depts are 7 by 24 so change the person schedule from working 1st shift

and move them to third shift.

I know someone who spent 5 months working third and not being able to adapt to the

stress of the new sleep schedule. Person actually had to leave because it was too stressful

on them

And what they do is 109% legal too!

I know someone works for a blue chip company worked remotely from home up state ny 80 miles each way to the office

Have him an ultimatum start driving in no more working remotely or find a new job!

This after thirty years of service

So albeit not exclusive of STT

Stt tends to be one of the worst offenders

eventually when your pay is used for gasoline and car maintenance and the day eaten up by commute

Time to look for a new job I guess

How dare you complain about having to move to another location within Massachusetts

Remember the State Street Mgmt Motto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be grateful you still have a job, you could have been outsourced

Heck I seen people not only moved to another office but a few had their work schedule changed

Be grateful you have a job (lol lol lol)

How about some transparency about moves?

It's clearly happening and going to ramp up why not clue us in give us opportunity to adjust or prep it move.

It's no secret so why the lack of schedule or info on the approximate dates?

Some people may need to adjust or leave or find new roles why be inhume about it?

Uh oh starting a little sooner than I had feared

The tax cuts are falling apart or was baked into the optimism the expansion the hiring

Do you think all can be done repeal replace tax cut tax reform clean debt ceiling raised in 12 days in September

As an optimist I'd like to think they'll get their act together but as a realist I suspect they won't

7000 starting point or the number left standing?

You be the judge

Lay offs have everything to do with government

Regulations

Taxes

Policies

Political agendas

Wake up you don't live in a bubble

And since you want to know the truth this started when bubba put china in rhe WTO so there you go the beginning of the end

And heaven forbid anyone post an answer to my questions about any word on more moves out of Channel!

You're all complicit and complacent
