So glad I made it to Marathon Petroleum, before the split. Talk about dodging a slow painful bullet.
Why would flex days keep TALENT? Other companies have flex days. But, TALENT individuals are career orientated not time watchers. Someone who loves what they do would take a pass on flex days than stay with a company where they are not using their talent, not challenged or deal with a failing company in so many ways.
