The post title is "IT Security", so that means one of two things; job security or puppet master. Either Seymour is zolpers puppet or he's hers. Can't be both, but yes agree get the F out of that slave grind, much much better options out there...

HR is intentionally blind. Who exactly is calling the shots these days? Instability in leadership is indicative of a higher level issue. Not shocked at all. That area of the firm has always been riddled with turmoil. The RJ IT reputation locally isn't a positive one. More so with IT Sec. There are other better opportunities out there.
