Thread regarding AFLAC layoffs

Aflac is reaping the rewards of years of nepotism and cronyism but they are doing it on the backs and livelihood of hundreds of loyal employees. To be truthful their management style was always based upon fear and intimidation. There is no justification for these layoffs except greed pure and simple. However, trust me when I tell you that the H1B and L1 visa ripoff they've used for years is coming to and end AND the new tax code will blow up their offshore plans. The economy is about to boom and the jobs and demand for American workers will boom. It may not seem positive now for you if you're being laid off, but consider this, I was railroaded by Aflac 3 years ago having done nothing but save them millions and deliver all projects on time and under budget. I took the leap and got out. It took me almost 3 years to get over the abuse they dished out, but now I work for a great company who treats their employees great. I get great raises and promotions. Aflac was and is a dishonest despicable company driven by greed, nepotism and cronyism. Good luck to all. I hope you all find a great new job.
