Layoffs happen in November/December to save bonus...
Layoffs primary happenes in month of October if any BU is not meeting AOP.
October onward is fun time of the year starting with Halloween. Broadcom's super quarterly results add new tinge to festivities of Thanksgiving,Christmas & New Year. Enjoy vacation without any tension or stress of layoffs.
the dreaded October is only 2 month away!
In August, few who got notified earlier would leave. You should expect minor shuffle in Sep.
