I spent the last 11 years selling and trying to out sell and tear down other competitors displays. Now the tables have turned on Kelloggs. Since I will be employed by Frito Lay, I have the pleasure of taking all the extra power wings , stack bases, side saddle, floor stack displays, any displays that are Kellogg related down. Thanks Kelloggs for a wonderful 11 years! But in the long run, you have woken a sleeping giant, by letting go of a professional merchandising and sales force. I would say most of the reps will take another sales job in the same field. Which they won't be bashful or aggressive to out sell or display Kelloggs in any way.

So true, got hired as a rep for Nabisco. I've mentioned this in another thread, I'm gonna make it my personal mission to take down EVERY Kellogg's display and replace it with Nabisco.
Amen!!! Anything Kelloggs related won't be up long.
