my severance was less than 600 bucks wtf ive been there for 9 years only to be laid off to save money for theses greedy people. i was already getting the short end of the stick when the automatic raises were oddly tweeked (honestly .25 automatic yearly raise ..started at 10 and hour 9 years later get 11.90?) is there a class lawsuit reguarding the layoffs?
Just Google Kelloggs over time lawsuit. The new lawsuit, not the old lawsuit I believe from '13.
Where did you find the form?
Yes, easy. Just fill out a consent to sue form on line. Scan it and email it back. Kellogg can't touch your severance.
