As a long term employee, I am truly humiliated by the way this 'displacement' layoff is being handled.
The HR/Benefits department gave us 6 generic pages in a folder with our name on it, no real information on any financial/retirement information.
The only thing we know for certain, November 1st is about 60 peoples last day in their current positions.
How can we make decisions concerning the out-sourcer or any other position when we don't have all the facts/information. Aflac step up your game, make things right with the displaced!
The AFLAC brand and the company good name is at stake! Stock is going up on the good news about the 2nd quarter! At least that is some good news for some of us!
