31 years. I called HR with important severance pay info. I was talking to reps in The Philippine Islands. Was not able to speak with Battle Creek Mich. what a mess. Guess it's cheaper to do business that way I miss Keebler Co. KELLOGG IS THE EVIL EMPIRE
