Duff The new system can never duplicate the teamwork or the numbers not to toot our horns but a had the pleasure to service the best chaining US Market Basket just think people 1 store 1.8 million sent through the backroom in one year that store the Chelsea MB always worked in stores in the top 10 in US it was the people at store level with the distribution team getting the product to the store the new system will never have the heart and drive to succeed like my team did can't the big boys in battle creek see you can't duplicate heart and the drive to be the best i ate my breakfast and my lunch in that Chelsea MB will the new system to that numbers are going to nosedive the last transition killed Kellogs Snacks some good ideas but the excusion the worst in the history of a use to be a GIANT THE KELLOGS CO

I don't know the numbers but the Chelsea market basket is like nothing you've ever seen. Big big store filled with shoppers 7 am - 9 Pm. Everyday. Except 7 pm Sundays.

I agree with everything you said. However don't too carried away with that number the store did. Some territories have annual budgets of 1.8 million. If that store did 1.8 million in a year that means they did 34,615 a week and thus 1,153 cases a week.
Tom. How brave and accurate you are. Kelloggs greatest success came when it had a leadership team on the same page as to what they were trying to accomplish and the support and hearts of those who did the work. This dynamic will never be present again. Current strategy will drive profit but not sales. At some point the gig will be up.
