There must be some action that can be taken as a class action, this is criminal incompetence by both the board, Tommy and the executive team
I'm not sure they can fire him...I think he has a contract....and a large bonus that he gets when the sale goes through.
Why hasn't Tommy been fired? Was he hired to be a fall guy? Someone asked about this before. I thought it was absurd, but now I'm really starting to wonder.
