I am not aware of any layoffs, I worked for Baird from 2014 to 2016 and it's simply amazing how well organized and well functioning the company is. I'd say that Baird is well positioned for any changes to the market, they manage well and have an amazing reputation with their clients.
I work for a competitor right now (a large bank) and we constantly have layoffs, in a way, I think I've made a mistake when I left Baird...
