This guy ain't going nowhere they just promoted him to USA and now he'll do their bidding there my VP now reports to him
Now i heard they are not offering fmla. Just workers comp. Guy at my old shop just went out with a bad back.
If your pushed out while on FMLA and you don't sue, your a fool. Your job is protected under FMLA. Disability is another story.
This company is pushing people out that we're out on fmla while the ats scam. Some who got hurt on the job. That's pretty low. Puts it in perspective who's interest they're looking out for.

I have to agree with you on that. If the title of this thread had some other erroneous headline like "Prāgash comes out of the closet" , he would've made sure it was taken down immediately.
Prāgash will probably stay on and continue to pad his portfolio for now. However, if Rutledge puts the right offer on the table, he's ghost.
It's just a way to discredit the site and posts here folks a propaganda probably started by himself . I'm surprised they didn't take this post out since names are mentioned or he didn't send a email to the admin to take it down all other posts disappeared quickly when a name was mentioned
If they are hourly then it's almost a matter of time. Would one really think they could slide into being a local 3 member after being a summer scab on the shin. Some are in for a rude awakening.

A lot of people are unaware that Osh-Kosh Prugash used to work for Charter years ago. He was a VP before the age of 30.
Also, when Dolan bought Bresnan Communications in 2010 and then sold it to Charter in 2013, Progash was very instrumental in making that happen. (he had also worked at Bresnan)
It's only fitting that he returns to his home at Charter. I'm sure Rutledge has something very nice waiting for him.
