The KSR I work for has 7 deliveries averaging 70 cases or more. I don't know why this idiot does this? Maybe he still thinks he can save the company. I didn't feel like working today, 4th of July, so I called in sick like it was recommended. I'm waiting for the 4th of July parade to start then some swimming in my pool, ice cold beers and some BBQ later on. Have fun throwing those cases b!&$@s, this company is full of idiots. If you called in today, good for you, happy 4th, GAME OVER.

Best post on this website, pissing off all kinds of Kellogg's soon to be employees turning against each other. Every Kellogg's employee is lazy, and you should, you're all out of a job next month. And for the employee of 18 years...nice severance package, I'm glad you enjoyed those ice cold Buds, wish you would have invited me LOL!
Totally agree with the last two responses. This guy seems like an entitled asshat. And I also call BS on his post. I know of no DC that made deliveries on July 4th.
Secondly, 70 cases is nothing. If you've been around for 18 years as you say, that's about 90 mins worth of work.

The only reason I can see him sending that much in on a holiday is he's a douchbag who doesn't appreciate the hard work you do for him. I always treat my PTM's with respect and appreciation. When I send in heavy deliveries like that I am working with them side by side to get it all done so they don't kill them selves throwing freight. It's ridiculous why he would do that to you good for you calling in sick use up those sick days because they won't get paid out at the end.
Floating days aren't paid out at the end u use them or lose them
Only problem with calling out is now it's costing us money we will get paid for any days not used its extra money coming in so think about it
