Required work for salaried employees outside of normal business hours is not given in all groups. It's at managers disretion. In the group I work for comp time is never given.
This is not true....I was at DST for two decades and when I traveled to a client site, it was generally done on company time, and if it did extend into non-business hours, you were given time off after your return to make up for it.
If hating DST makes you feel better, so be it....but don't lie about the company.
Who ever you ar you haven't got a clue- what you describe is not a DST policy. If you were part of the RIF- good,,
Been with them 24yrs have NEVER heard/experienced that.
