Lets get this straight you can force calls into our routes. Forcing calls to put us well past our ending depot. You dont call us or e-mail us about adding all these calls in our route then when we need one removed you have to send out the naughty email and wait for approval if it happens. this company is going to sink.

PLEASE all band together and stop putting one another down. Leave on time, throw calls back in the pool. "Nothing gets fixed until it's broken" - this is so true. If we keep getting pushed over and over and give in, they will keep doing it. And I'm sick to my stomach routing all these shops and basically putting unrealistic routes together... only to have a bunch of RS the next day because of course we can't commit. Not to mention, they don't adjust points anymore so a comm cos can show 12 mins?! Ridiculous. They really just don't care. They'll wait until every "in house" (is that even the right term anymore?) quits and use contractors for everything.
8 hrs of work and I'm out unless I choose to stay late. Sup has a problem, I respond with sounds like a personal problem because it isn't mine.

You never know when you have a good thing until it's gone. Cablevision was a family oriented company. They looked out for you, they realized the importance of you being able to keep good on the table and a roof over your head. Yes their were some of those whom were in leadership positions that didn't share the same sentiments. As with any business you put people in leadership positions and expect them to perform with your expectations. However since Altice took over I have seen employees leaving at a higher rate in such a short period of time. Some were voluntary, others involuntary. For those whom are still employed with this Company, be grateful that you still have a job. If you want to move on then apply yourself and seek other opportunities. I did and I'm so much better off now. I wish you all the best.
Unfortunately this is no longer cablevision. As much as i would like to be it is. The door has been slammed in our face

I Second the previous comment. An ending depot is an ending depot whether your 8 hr or 10 hr. Tell them F off and go home. I told them to leave it on the route. I'll take it home with me. I'm going home.
Just put it behind your ending depot and leave.
