Kellogg bought Keebler in 2001 because of our distribution. We had a fine cookie and cracker line, while their product was 3rd partied, and they were losing money. They have made money off of the "Snack division"..and had more of a footprint in stores that they didn't have before. Now they figure they can make more money with no employees. When you find out the true reasoning let us all know.
