Anyone wondering what's going on while being out on disability??? No one ever "Reached out " (seemed to be their favorite phrase) other than getting a termination letter last month saying no severance package was being offered? What happens to benifits? Has anyone talked to HR ?

It depends on what state you live in. If you were offered a severance package and on disability, Kellogg's needs to honor it, especially if it's signed. Any issues contact your local labor board office.
Oh they did ... didn't think you can collect unemployment while on disability
Not sure they can terminate u if your on disability with cause u can collect unemployment which is more money than the severance package in most cases
