Indeed, no job is safe with ADP. In the past, ADP allowed it's associates to work from home but is now phasing home-based associates out. For some reason, ADP does not want it's associates to work from home anymore (lack of trust?). Employees who are allowed to work from home will be terminated with or without severance pay within the next few months. Thus, work-at-home associates are at the greatest risk of being terminated. Beware of being fired for "not being productive enough".
No job is safe with ADP. Those people who are going to be offered a chance to work from home is a back door way of the company eventually cutting home shored jobs to not have to give notice or payout severance to a person working from home.
These all sound like they could be large offices impacted. Sad news.
We were notified Thursday. As far as I know Colorado, Houston, Milpitas.
Sorry to hear that. I heard some west coast offices were also notified today too.
