Its true that capgemini is firing igate employees without any reson by paying 3 months pay to the employee. Guys be alert they dont care any employees responsebility just playing a nice layoff games .dont join it in future if planning to switch from any other company. They will use you and after some time when project gets over they will release u by giving nonsense reasons to employee

True Incidents..lot of senior consultant , managers etc were asked to leave without saying no suitable role for you now even when projects were on. Resign before this date and take 3 months salary or we will terminate you..And when people asked HR the reason..then no answer..One of the worst company to work for after merger

Igate leaders ki maa aankh.... after merging igate with capgemini , the Igate leaders messed up the reputation and image of Capgemini... and Igate f---ing leaders are targeting only capgemini employees who has been migrated from Capgemini FS -CFS to capgemini ACIS practice ...am sadly announcing that I am the victim of this layoff...
