Layoff, termination & absconding employees clearly show the IT industry is in solid state of decay... With very low salary Software engineers can't even support themselves.. let alone others. Automation will kick many of em from their jobs..
Non technical managers need to stay relevant to the project delivery.
They are not performing at all and funny how they are still with Syntel.
Need to introspect and work together.
Don't sideline a particular work force, because your smart DD, VP also not performing. No question of blaming Lower level staff, higher level guys should be able to get business.
No business even in Q3. That's ridiculous
Why the VP DD DM are there.. after 2 quarters how much business they brought in? BNFS ? Insurance? Healthcare ? Life Sciences ? Manufacturing ? Retail ? CPG ? What the D1 BUH doing? how many people laid of from HR, HR Recruitment, ERM , especially PDAC, Training,
