The issues plaguing STT are not unique or different than anything or any other corporation out there.
This slow bleed out of jobs, wages, layoffs has been happening since the recession in the 1980's.
It has accelerated, widened and deepened.
It is now occurring in the public realm as well, there is no safe place to hide.
You can do a few things, keep your skills sharp, live below or within your means so you can weather the storm should you be hit, keep plugging away, do your best and make yourself an asset to your team.
Control the things you can and prep for what you cannot.
No one knows the cards being dealt for them but that's life.
You can live in doom for the next wave or be ready.
