Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Is this true?

Most of the SAP Employees in Sales and Pre-Sales teams at SAP (approx 50%) will be laid off since SAP wants to continue selling through other indirect channels and partners.

Most of these job cuts are in US/Canada. Also Managers and above with non-technical backgrounds are being accessed for upcoming layoffs.

Found this at @NpOhPm4-Bslt, it was posted today. Anybody knows if there is any truth to it?

Management already knew about the culling years ago. Read what qveh said.

If you get a strange new manager from some other parts of the world for no rhyme or reason, he is here to execute you and get credit for it for his next management role.

I remember Chakib Bouhdary speaking at FKOM, and he said, "I wonder how many you (SAP employees sitting as audience) would be around in next 3 years."
