Just saw in Compass today the company is eliminating subsidized medical coverage for retirees under 65. This only effect those that are less than 50 years of age who still met all the old requirements of 25 years of service and 55 years of age. They just keep cutting, cutting and cutting our pay and benefits. The ironic part of this is that they state it is needed to do this so they can offer competitive benefits in the future.
