I am sure that everyone who actually cares pretty much feels the same as I do . Sick and tired of all of the lies, fake promises, lack of leadership, lack of help, lack of direction, and lazy a-- people. I am ready for all of this to be over. I'm completely burned out . These people have ruined me!

I feel your pain. I've been half-a.sing my job lately. I know many loyal Kelloggs managers that would love to fire me right now but can't. I'm just riding it out so I can collect my bonus, severance, and then unemployment.
Anyone here about layoffs this month?
