Look at the setup: late arrival, long lunch, early departure, a playroom, gym time and no leadership to reign in the huge offenders who work maybe 6 hours a day. Then reward them all with every other Friday off. Maybe a little more focus on safety, and the business at hand rather than when the next work-day benefit can be implemented could help turn this company back into the great company it was not too long ago. In the end, there needs to be more focus on adding value to the shareholders.

There's plenty of diversity in APC management! There are young white guys and middle aged white guys. Oh, and a couple of women just to prove how inclusive they are! It's all just the way they like it!

Why would anyone go the extra mile for a sh--e company like APC when all the employees are gonna get canned anyway...at least everyone in Denver? I'm surprised the locals haven't chased us out of town with pitchforks yet. But good thinking EC on having a booth at Pridefest. We all know how much Anadarko embraces diversity, am I right? Just a few more of those and I'm sure our credibility will be restored in the community.
