Ats is still a bill for Altice they are looking to cut that bill soon
this is to be expected. with a number of guys leaving the company and then the guys that have gone on over to ats it has left optimum short of techs to do the work.
It has been said that Altice has wanted to get rid of 900-1b in synergies the total to date is about 500-600 million so far. Where do you think the rest is coming from? What's so sad was that we did not even put up a fight!!! Too many self deprecating people in this company wanting to believe the the unbelievable and the defend the indefensible, good luck on your future endeavors.
It means the contractor claims that Optimum has instructed them to hire more techs. The OP is probably hinting at more layoffs coming.
