expanding the reman dept. and building and stocking satellite locations along with a new management team will save the day
Worst place I ever worked under the Ertl Regime 1997.
Up until 2 years ago Erie had plenty of skilled talent running a smooth operation. Then FMC decided to get rid of the talent and put an idiot at the "Helms".
It'll stop here, it seems this one will be the last idiot!. After him, there will be nothing left to destroy. HELP!!
Houston... we have a problem
(for almost two years already)
In Erie it is one idiot following the other idiot.
I have not ever heard a positive comment about "you know who" in charge of americas operations. Since he took that position we have been steadily going down the drain. But he has full support of big "A", and that is why he keeps BSing his way around. Can someone tell management please that we cannot continue in this way. I don't dare to do it as I have not yet found another job.
Erie has become a bobble head employer, just bounce your head up and down, as in yes sir, that's an amazing idea, yes sir, I will get right on it, yes sir, your improvement ideas are brilliant at every daily meeting and you will outlast your peers whom can't or don't want to see how inadequate the management team is
Erie has a manager or two hiding in every corner doing anything they can to remain under the radar and prevent losing their cushy job and big fat salary. One thing you won't be able to find there though is a leader.
Ditto in Houston.
Just don't disagree with anyone in management or have a different opinion about anything. Do not think. Just do and you'll be fine in Erie, PA.
surviving the politics was the only a necessary skill and challenge, performing your job well came with experience
Arrogant SOBs would rather make late shipments on a low quality product than admit to being wrong
I mean the mid 1990's during the Ertl reign.
It has been arrogant SOB's in charge since I worked there in the early 1990's.
The arrogant SOB's in charge would rather ruin peoples lives before admitting to a mistake.
I hope someone brings a lawsuit against this group of thugs. Where is the leadership?
It was made very clear by management that bringing back those laid off would be admitting a mistake. The arrogant group in charge does not make mistakes.
Not interested in prior experienced and dedicated employees. Sorry ....
anyone know if there is a chance of recall ?
Must be for the HR department
