Someone who has seen NOVS last few batches of apprentices the current bunch aren't great... 2nd year - can't say much but think we all know one that's head isn't screwed on!! 3rd year - I can think of 4 decent ones out if the 12 rest attitude f---ing shocking need a severe kick up the a--. 4th year - bad year as well. One or two decent and put in effort but still 4 thick and lazy. It's sad you can see the apprentices getting worse and worse year after year... it is the managements fault for not giving a f--- about them! No journeyman, no training, what do you expect
The apprentices are the worse time served Nov has ever had! No experience!! New employers will get a shock after 3 months
