Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Got hired at NABISCO

This is going to be weird. I got hired at Nabisco to work weekends but I haven't quit Kelloggs yet. I want to collect my bonuses and my severance package in August. I think I can juggle both jobs, especially since they are 2 different territories. I have already begun doing a sh.tty job for Kellogg's, and just want to ride it out the last 2 months. The KSR I work for don't even talk anymore, especially on that dumb--sTAY IN FRONT. I think he's riding it out too. I think it will be cool getting a paycheck from Nabisco and Kellogg's at the same time for a while.

I worked part time for both companies about a dozen years ago. I was with Nabisco and my DM refused to make me full time even though I had excelled at the job (Even ran a couple of territories when the reps were out on medical leaves. Hit the numbers, too. And did 95%+ of the merchandising myself. All in less than 40 hrs a week.) He suggested that I should piggy-back jobs if I wasn't getting the hours I needed, but didn't say who I could or couldn't work for. He found out what my 2nd job was when I called and said I wouldn't be available as my other job had a full day's work for me and he didn't. He packed out the store himself and saw me pulling out a pallet of Cheez-Its for a display. LOL!!! The look on his face! He wanted to kill (or at least fire) me there on the spot.
